I have found ways of opening CMD but it just says "Command Prompt has been disabled by your administrator. Press any button to continue..." Is there a way of enabling it? If not is there a program you can use instead. It would have to be a file that is one exe not more because exe files are blocked so I have to open them in Powerpoint and you can't use files that run from other files because it embeds the file.
